Do you accept Section 8 / Housing vouchers?

Firstly, we require that your monthly income be at least three times the amount of the rent. This criterion helps ensure that you can comfortably afford your rent, allowing you to enjoy your home stress-free. By maintaining this standard, we aim to create a community where residents can thrive financially. In addition to income qualifications, we conduct thorough credit and criminal background screenings. These screenings are conducted to protect the well-being of our residents and maintain a harmonious living environment. Are utilities included in rent?

The resident is responsible for paying water, electricity and gas.  Club Hill has an onsite trash compactor for your trash disposal.

Are you a gated community?

No.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No.

Do you accept pets?

Yes.  Our community allows 2 pets per apartment and the pets must pass our pet screening process.

Do you have assigned parking?

No, we do not have assigned parking.

Are guests allowed at the pool?

Yes, each household is allowed to have 2 guests in our pool area.

Do you have a fitness center?

No, we do not have a fitness center. We also have a beautiful trail that runs along our property that is part of the Columbus Rails to Trails.
