We are a Pet Friendly Community!

- Limit of 2 pets per apartment home
- Pet Fee: $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (First Pet). $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Second Pet).
- No Pet Weight Limit

$25 Monthly Pet Rent/Per Pet. Breed restrictions apply.

All household pets & assistance animals must go through our third party pet screening service, www.clubhill.petscreening.com. The cost is $25 per pet.

Woodruff Property Management company follows all ADA Reasonable Accommodation Policies and Fair Housing Laws. Some exceptions to restrictions apply based on individual's needs. Proper documentation required.

WPMC breed restrictions include, but are not limited to:
